    After the Storm

by Nicole Fruge posted February 8, 2012

Technology Specialist Adam Bell narrates this very personal story of a community and school district coming together to rebuild after a tornado leveled five of the Joplin, Mo., school district’s 20 campuses. Just 87 days after the storm hit, 2,200 Apple MacBooks were handed out to every Joplin High School student on the first day of school. Photographer Nicole Frugé documented the tornado’s aftermath and efforts to regain a sense of normalcy.
